Don't waste your time or money. He took my money up front and produced nothing. Poor services. Took him to arbitration and won. He is unable to practice law per CA State Bar Association. BEWARE!He gets a 1 because there is no 0.

Do not use this lawyer or his buddy Penny for a loan modification. He will ilegally take your $$$ upfront and then NOT do the work. And I mean do nothing! After you contact Penny a doz times to find out why they havent done anything he will call you and say your $4000 was used up in emails to Penny.

he took $4000 up front - his staff ran me around, told me they filed papers and so on. I found out they never did and when confronted them and asked for my money back he said it was "used" up by his staff answering questions.For under $5000 you can go to small claims court which is where this will probably end up.

The entire process for Loan Modification by the Banks is a total fraud. The Banks want to steal our properties and get paid again and again .Mr. Taylor and his staff has worked diligently in my behalf to complete a loan modification which is still outstanding, yet he perseveres and never quits. The system is unfair and accounts for our Occupy Programs going on all over the country. I wish President Obama would encourage keeping people in their homes as the Priority and not Foreclose on them. You know that you have the attorney doing whatever possible to advocate your position and get a good result. Helping people in need is what it is all about and he is working for you. Keeping the HOPE alive.

I am 72 years of age and didn’t want to loose my home and start all over. I got a loan that I did not understand the person who sold it to me said it would be good. I needed help and I had to do something. I was hesitant to work with Mr. Taylor but he and his staff explained what they were going to do and that they would not give up on me. He got all of my paperwork in and the bank didn’t care, they said they would not give me a modification even though I am on a fixed income. Mr. Taylor filed a law suit to save my house, even though he knows I can’t pay a regular retainer. I pay for his costs to file documents and he comes up for free and appears in court and writes the court documents for free. He wants me to have my home till I die, which is what I want. I don’t know what I would have done if Mr. Taylor did not come into my life. They try to explain everything to me, they are there when I call and it has been a Godsend. JF, San Jose

We had the same experience. He and his staff was unresponsive, unreliable and unethical. Institutions were constantly asking for paperwork to be submitted again b/c he was not filing it timely. In the end we were practically doing the work ourselves in order get things done timely and in so doing found out that some of the paperwork submitted by the legal team of Taylor had misstatements making it appear that we were trying to withhold or lie about certain information. He was not only unresponsive he was completely unethical and misrepresented us on all levels.

At first I was a little hesitant if anyone could help me negotiate the Commercial Lease for my business, but after speaking with Mr. Taylor and Ivan i believed there was hope for my situation. I took 3 months but resolution came and I couldn't be happier. I got a reduction on my lease from $7,700.00 to $6,000.00 Knowing some one that specializes in the field of Real Estate makes such a big difference. I would recommend them any time.

We hired this lawyer to help us with our loan modification. He submitted incomplete documents to Lender and, when requested the corrected ones, negligently did not send them timely. Our loan modification was denied for lack of proper documentation. We asked our money back and he refused to refund us. He is a bad attorney, be very careful before retaining this lawyer's services.
