I am finally glad my bankruptcy is over. Att. Guinn and Paralegal Marisela were a great team. They made me feel very comfortable in filing this procedure. They were very knowledgeable about the law and the proper procedures for my situation. I have recommended a family member for their services. It was a pleasure to find someone who is still honest and willing to conduct there job in a respectful and professional manner. The procedure was thorough and straight forward from start to finish. Quinn Law Group was very helpful in expediting our case explaining all the legalities and requirements that pertained to our situation. Going through Bankruptcy is very difficult and emotionally draining, but with Kirk and Debbie on our side a little less stressful.

It took 6 months to get the process started with the first paralegal, but when debbie took our case over, it was filed within a month....she explained everything in detail....thanks debbie. kirk was also available to answer any questions we had.

i have had a very good experience so far working with kirk and sr paralegal debbie.they expedited my case very quickly so my husband and i are able to keep our home after going into foreclosure due to our wonderful government modification programs which donot work by the way.i sleep much better at night knowing they were there for us thank you very much.

This is the first time I have needed services of this type, Kirk and his paralegal Lisa were great. Lisa was friendly, understanding and she communicated very well. Kirk was quick to respond to all of our legal questions and help us make the best choices for our family.
