I honestly don't think I could have gotten better legal advice or better legal guidance. Jordan, you did an outstanding job and I'm happy to leave this review. Mr. Weisz is one of the top criminal lawyers and is especially very well known and widely respected at the downtown Courts. I would have no hesitate in recommending him or using his services again. My experience was that his office had staff that ran things smoothly. His office is not fancy with bells and whistles which results in a significant savings in legal fees to his client. This is a firm where they do not back down from a battle; and are more than prepared to fight tenaciously but as well strategically. They provide half hour free consultations, want potential clients to be informed consumers, and are not pushy about being hired. They are prepared to share their success rates in clients being found not guilty and these success rates were quite impressive. This included my case as well. Very highly recommended!!

This lawyer has a reputation for being self-important. That's what I've heard about him from a lot of people. He's not taken seriously by most of the people in his profession. During my trial, I saw the judge roll his eyes at him more than once. I would not hire him again.

All my charges were also dropped. They were dropped quietly without the need for a trial. Jordan explained his strategy to me, was able to communicate and respond through email promptly, appeared for all court dates without me having to do so, gave me a payment plan, and charged a very fair rate given his experience. I can't say enough good things about him. He restored my faith in lawyers and, even better, cared about me and never let me know.

Mr. Weisz is an extremely experienced criminal lawyer and, as others have said, he is very well known and very well respected in the downtown Toronto courts. He is very busy. All my charges (very serious assaults against police which were made up by the cops ) were DROPPED. I know of very many clients who had the same outstanding results. I cannot believe that any legitimate client is posting bad reviews of him here. Mr. Weisz is not friendly and not always patient. But he gets results and seems to get along very well with virtually everyone in the courts.

If you have a serious problem and need a serious lawyer, Jordan Weisz is who you should contact. Meticulous in his preparation, observant, and a seemingly unmatched will to win. Mr. Weisz will undoubtedly put forth his best effort in attempts to bring about a resolution most likely better then what you initially had in mind. Some hideous false allegation and it was enough for our famous Toronto police to charge me with some serious charges without proper proof or any evidence. I can’t thank enough to my friends in the East detention centre who suggested changing my lawyer and going with Mr. Jordan Weisz. From detention centre to the world freedom without any criminal record; I have to give complete credit to Mr. Weisz.
Mr. Weisz is one of the rare kinds who actually cares for his client and provide the best possible outcome. He is sincere, meticulous, knowledgeable and well known in the court houses.
I do agree that his patience is not endless and one has to be precise and logical when talking to him but he worth every penny of your hard earned money when comes to logical argument and providing you the best possible results.
It was a real pain to deal with my previous inexperienced, money-hungry lawyer but I never encountered any problem communicating with him. He was there when I needed him.

I retained Jordan in late 06 while jailed for a serious charge. My case did not proceed well but that was not his fault. I agree he is knowledgeable, tenacious and fortunately takes on OLA clients with serious charges. As a matter of principle, he prepares the best logical argument possible to defend his client. Lawyers who always do so are quite rare in Toronto. As with many lawyers, he usually seems busy. I sometimes wonder if it's a ploy used by lawyers to appear in demand, because other top lawyers seem easy to reach. When you communicate with Jordan, be succinct & sensible, his patience is not endless- but I guess that's true of any lawyer. He doesn't have much of a web presence & I sometimes wondered if my messages (thru his secretary) got to him- all small gripes. The lawyer he shares an office with at Carlton/Yonge, Alvin Pollard, is also very good tho not quite as experienced. btw I wish whoever writes fake disses about him & others on here would stop- we can tell you're fake.
