Ms. Taylor was representing my interests in the probate of my father's estate. The sale of my late father's house was to close on June 30, 2010. I was trying to reach an agreement about obtaining some of my father's personal items before giving consent to the sale of the house. Two weeks before the closing, I received a certified letter telling me that she was terminating my representation! The letter cites "requested information not forthcoming", but she didn't even have the courtesy to call me up and ask me for any "requested information" before dropping me out of the blue. I was current on all bills. Being dropped was a complete surprise to me. The firm had been representing me for three years and they dropped me two weeks before we were to work out an agreement with the other party. Now I am in a very weak position vis-a-vis the other party since I have no representation and only two weeks till the closing. Be aware that you could be dropped at any time with no notice.
