My initial hearing with the Washington State Attorney General was dismissed, and I decided to give it one more try through an attorney. I initially contacted the firm in early February 2013. They responded in three days requesting for documents necessary to review the case. Once I sent them the documents, they responded within a week to let me know that they will take the case. by mid-March, they let me know that they are working with the car company. Yesterday (4/16/13), I went out to my local dealership for them to buyback my car. They paid for the remaining balance of my loan, and paid me the difference in check. Throughout the whole process, Mr Simanovsky directly communicated with me through either by phone or e-mail to let me know what was going on, which I found to be very pleasantly surprising. This was the kind of service that you always hope for, but not normally expected to receive.

I hired this attorney in March of 2009 to assist me with a Lemon Law suit. I had purchased a brand new Nissan Murano from a dealer and over a two year period had gotten 18 repairs on it.During the course of our relationshiop I phoned and e-mailed him multiple times for an update on my case, and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM until I threatened his office with a complaint to the State Bar. I later found out that the reason he never contacted me or returned any of my calls or e-mails was because he missed the deadline to file my suit and I no longer qualified for a full buy back from the manufacturer for my Lemon vehicle. When I went to another attorney they advised me of what had happened and I then contacted Mr. Simanovsky to tell him I was filing a complaint with the State Bar. He then tried to offer me less than 1/3 the amount I paid for my vehicle and hired his own attorney to drag this case out indefinitely. SInce then they have used every stall and delay tactic known to man.AVOID HIM
