Grovdahl strikes again! When is this arrogant, prejudiced, dictator of a commissioner going to be removed from the harm that he does to children! A simple change in circumstance turns into doing whatever the pretty little prosecuting attorney requests, despite the facts. Please Spokane, remove this criminal from the bench!

I have first hand witnessed Grovdahl passing on viewing evidence to refute allegations in a visitation hearing. He stated that he simply didn't care. Grovdahl made a prejudicial ruling without hearing the facts of a case and then proceeded to scream at supporters in the court room for shaking their heads at his decision. It was so bad that when one supporter broke out in tears he stated that only guilty people cry and that must be why she is crying. He then stated if she was to flustered that she could see het way out of court. He stated thst a head shake was the supporters why of trying to control the court room and its his court room. Apparently no one is supposed to have a differung opinion to Grovdahl. He is extremely unprofessional and should be disbarred due to his negligence on refusing to review all evidence that was presented.

Commissioner Grovdahl makes decisions that harm children. He goes against Social workers, CASA/ GAL's, and Medical providers opinions. He had even stated that his decision was NOT in the best interest of the child and that the child would be traumatized by his decision!

Commissioner Steven Grovdahl referred, in court, to a 15 year old young man as being a "juvenile jerk." He had not met the young man. He did not take the time to discover that this fifteen year old is well liked and respected by teachers, peers, neighbors, etc. Nor did he take into account the fact that this child has been living in a domestic violence situation with his mother and stepfather. This Commissioner believed what the mother and stepfather stated rather than looking at the complete history. This is another time when the "best lawyer wins" rather than the truth. A child again loses in Spokane County Family Court.
