I don't know why people are saying he doesn't return emails. Maybe because he's better about representing women. Have you tried sexting with him? He returns those messages. As long as it has nothing to do with addressing a complaint, legal issue, or request to discuss how the retainer was used, he's all about good communication. I hope this will help, and believe me, I wish it was made up, because he is a manipulative jerk who will take advantage of a client's vulnerabilities.

I am amazed this person is licensed to practice in any state. He started out getting me served with a "Request to Enter Default ", swore he would "fix it" then refused to answer or return my calls. $2500.00 retainer, $540.00filing fee plus $900.00 for subpoenas. To date I have no work product after I answered a 22 page fishing expedition from plaintiffs lawyer. This person quietly withdrew giving me no notice. He did nothing but collect money. Pass him by. What are the chances all these glowing reviews and I'm the only client who got nothing for money paid?

My experience with Mr. Kyle Farquhar was great. From the first time I walked in for my initial consultation, I was treated as if he had been working on my case for months. He is very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions and addressed each of my concerns. He was up front from the beginning and has always been honest with me.
Once I hired him, he immediately got the ball rolling which made me feel good because this meant that he cared about my case and was going to do what he needed to do to protect me. Service was wonderful and I had constant communications with him and his staff and I never felt that I was left in the dark or unsure of what was going on with my case.
At the court date, Kyle was very prompt and well prepared. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone. He is hard-working, dedicated, tenacious and caring about his clients.

Great Attorney!
Mr. Farquhar and his amazing staff went above and beyond all expectations I had. They were always quick to respond back to emails or phone calls. Mr. Farquhar was on point with every step of my case and I felt as if I was the only client they had. The respect that was given to him in court was amazing and I believe made a huge difference. Incredible Family Lawyer
Mr. Farquhar is an incredible, well experienced lawyer. I had a hearing recently. He was supportive, knowledgeable and well respected by his peers. His angle on things was well taken and you could hear his wealth of experience as he spoke. He made me feel very comfortable through this very stressful time.

Terrible communication from a poorly educated staff. Happy to take your money and then give you the run around. Staff is rude, unqualified and unorganized. Don't waste your time or money here.

Kyle and his team are the best! He got my son full custody of his twin girls! I can't say enough good about our experience. His office was extremely efficient and professional and he didn't break the bank. If you are looking for someone to get the job done, he's your guy!

Kyle really is just in it for the money. Always unprepared. always pushing back court dates and using clients money to take random vacations when he is supposed to be there representing clients when clients already paid money for his services. He is really lazy and a complet joke. The judges do not take him seriously. Stay away from this guy!!

Mr. Farquhar did everything I asked. He got me more time with my 3 children and my attorney fees paid. His staff was professional and very kind. Definitely would recommend him if you are looking for a good attorney.

We retained Kyle for a child support case, and only saw him once. He never answered our calls or returned emails. Documents were filed late and we never received timely responses. We only spoke to his paralegal, who was horrible at her job. She was not knowledgeable of the child support system and ultimately costs us over $5,000 in attorney fees and additional child support charges because she was unable to research with due diligence. It took them over 6 months to file a simple paper that we could have done ourselves. The paralegal and staff were rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. We will never recommend this attorney.

I've had a great experience with Kyle. I hired him for a simple change of venue and when my ex went crazy Kyle took in my case full time. Hes helped me keep custody my daughter throughout the entire process. He knowledgeable and well versed in family practice and I would highly recommended him to anyone going through a divorce or child custody. His office has consistantly worked with me when it comes to payment and has always been extremely accommodating. Its hard being a dad in family court but having Kyle as my attorney has made all the difference.

DON'T TOUCH THIS GUY WITH A TEN FOOT POLE...All the other reviews are spot on. He's always late, or doesn't show up. Doesn't know the case...gives bad advice and in my case he missed a SOL leaving me with an outrageous court order for child support. Wouldn't let him represent my dog

Kyle did not come to my first hearing for child custody issues. Luckily the lawyer who acted as his substitute was a very aggressive female attorney who got me excellent custody. At trial Kyle came ill prepared with notes written on the back of a business envelope. He could not find papers asked for by the judge and I had to point out the paperwork to him as he rifled through his briefcase searching for them. He basically let me go as a client when I wanted answers to some questions. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Kyle is very unprofessional, he doesn't return my phone calls and emails. When he receives faxes form opposing party, he doesn't inform me. When I received his billing statement I was shocked, not only he didn't email me opposing party's 2 pages letter, he charges me over $400 for 2 pages reading. He is expensive, Kyle doesn't communicating to his clients. I do NOT recommend this attorney.

Amazing lawyer. He is worth every penny you spend on him. Did so much to help me and got me custody of my kids even when I thought my case was hopeless. I hope anyone would have the fortune of having him as their lawer.
