I don't know why people are saying he doesn't return emails. Maybe because he's better about representing women. Have you tried sexting with him? He returns those messages. As long as it has nothing to do with addressing a complaint, legal issue, or request to discuss how the retainer was used, he's all about good communication. I hope this will help, and believe me, I wish it was made up, because he is a manipulative jerk who will take advantage of a client's vulnerabilities.

I am amazed this person is licensed to practice in any state. He started out getting me served with a "Request to Enter Default ", swore he would "fix it" then refused to answer or return my calls. $2500.00 retainer, $540.00filing fee plus $900.00 for subpoenas. To date I have no work product after I answered a 22 page fishing expedition from plaintiffs lawyer. This person quietly withdrew giving me no notice. He did nothing but collect money. Pass him by. What are the chances all these glowing reviews and I'm the only client who got nothing for money paid?

Terrible communication from a poorly educated staff. Happy to take your money and then give you the run around. Staff is rude, unqualified and unorganized. Don't waste your time or money here.

Kyle really is just in it for the money. Always unprepared. always pushing back court dates and using clients money to take random vacations when he is supposed to be there representing clients when clients already paid money for his services. He is really lazy and a complet joke. The judges do not take him seriously. Stay away from this guy!!

Mr. Farquhar did everything I asked. He got me more time with my 3 children and my attorney fees paid. His staff was professional and very kind. Definitely would recommend him if you are looking for a good attorney.

Kyle did just what I wanted. He took the time with me to understand my situation and got me the best deal I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend him . Erika was very helpful through the whole thing. She is GREAT. They are an AWSOME team

Mr. Farquhar was amazing in court he got me everything he said he was going to get me when I had my free consultation which was sole legal and physical custody of my children he was very professional he answered all of my questions and his staff is amazing very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone

Hiring Kyle, was the best thing I could have done. He was able to save me from paying over 4000 in back child support and now my child is living with me.

We retained Kyle for a child support case, and only saw him once. He never answered our calls or returned emails. Documents were filed late and we never received timely responses. We only spoke to his paralegal, who was horrible at her job. She was not knowledgeable of the child support system and ultimately costs us over $5,000 in attorney fees and additional child support charges because she was unable to research with due diligence. It took them over 6 months to file a simple paper that we could have done ourselves. The paralegal and staff were rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. We will never recommend this attorney.

A friend recommended Kyle and I'm glad!! He is very personable knows his stuff and is on time. I didn't run into any problems. Erika his paralegal is wonderful as well.

A no show for first two court hearings without telling me. Ran my bill up by dragging divorce action out as long as possible. Got bad advice and lousy settlement.
