This Hideous excuse of an attorney came to me through a REFERRAL in 2013-15. He played all types of “TRIX” throughout the duration of his representation. Number ONE thing to remember… if you get that GUT feeling like your attorney isn’t working for you…. Chances are, your 100% rt. Enrico will be in jail soon. :)

After 2 years and $175,000 later, Enrico never even opened any of the evidences delivered to him. His Assistent, Amy Jonitas, lied to him after he questioned her on something she never should have gone behind his back and commented on, and it was never a trust from then on. Enrico in denial that Amy would lie to him, Amy on a revenge with client, and client had no respect for Amy lying. It was the client who proved to not trust either. Enrico never came prepared for all court appearances and Amy turned into Niagra Falls in front of the judge and both sides present about how she missed her plane flight to go out East for a week! $175,000 later, Enrico Withdrew and Client suffered humiliation and defeat, as new lawyer had discovered Enrico and Amy NEVER even opened the multiple sealed envelopes of evidence.

it took over 4 years to get divorsed. enrico never showed me my ex-husbands disclosure. he told me that it was not completly filled out....it was. i could have recieved alot more. i am on permanent disability and broke. my alamony is only for 5 years ending this year. he lied over and over to me . can someone help me? he also is on the take if you know what i mean. he promised to take my ex back to court,but he wont even talk to me. he hid his assetts from me, lost papers, and so much more, do not use this man.

I started out with $ 3,758,000.00 the day we filed for a divorce. 7 years later i am pennyless, I O my wife over $ 200,000 still nad have my good reputation ruined. I never got a single bill paid and Enrico Mirabelli and Shaun Bersson lied to the Appelate court in my appeal. They refused to ever hire a private investigator. I had a court ordered forensic accountant ordered to look over our financial records but Mr. Mirabelli never got thios done. Mr. Mirabelli was actually celebrating with opposing council Steven Komie at his company Christmas party while representing me. He intentionally botched my appeal and is in the process of being sued because of this and investigated by the regulatory commission.
