Horrific Experience - I finally divorced pro se - and now I am suing Welty. Look the case up on the judicial website if you wish. Welty informed me of court appearances with a few hours notice, failed to explain key motions she filed, failed to present my ex-wife (of just three years) with a nearly half million offer (I later settled for a little more than $ 125k), ignored documented issues with ex-wife and substance abuse - ex ultimately had a partial foor amputation as she was having ELECTIVE surgeries to get drugs. Ex wife was that bad and I documented everything and copied Welty - who did nothing. Two DCF inquiries as well - the second one ex-wife refused to take voluntary substance screens - but to Welty - it was okay that my ex could parent the children. Cant wait to get her in court. At deposition stage now. Stay away from Welty - ARROGANT, NEGLIGENT, DISLIKES STRONG MEN, DIVORCED HERSELF, IN LAST DAYS OF HER CAREER.
