He is an out of date lawyer past his expiry His only concern is how to use you to make him money even if that means colluding with others against his own client He will sell you out to anyone who is against you as long as he gets money Defended a disbarred lawyer who did Fraud and misappropriation of estate funds and lost his law license for 11 plus years then Parker uses him for his own financial gain Stay away from this a hole crook!!!! He should be in jail and disbarred in my opinion Plus expects sex from female clients as option for payment Yikes!!

Lowlife offers female clients to have other way to pay legal fees -sleep with him He is only concerned about lining his pockets with your cash can't even talk in court Brjngs in disbarred lawyers who are clients if his to rip you off in mediation Overbills takes off in vacation at crucial time leaves you alone no legal representation etc stay away from him hasnt he retired yet!!

THIS GUY IS THE WORST! My ex slept with him to represent her in a custody case bc she had no money. I was a single dad for 10 yrs & she was not involved in their lives & never paid a dime for child support but when it came time to answer up, she found this PIECE OF CRAP to help her out. First he knew someone who would say they served me but didn't so he could default me in court, then made the trial date a month later. My lawyers hands were tied. But when I was going to get my children back, he didn't want to lose SO BAD that he had me set up to go to jail. HE IS NOT ETHICAL..STAY AWAY FROM HIM UNLESS YOU ARE FEMALE & WILL SLEEP WITH HIM TO PAY YOUR LEGAL FEES....THEN HE'S YOUR GUY!

This lawyer is one of the worst. Frequently falls asleep in court. He may charge a small fee to start, but as one of the reviews state, he barely does anything and is completely out of his league in almost all aspects of law that he practices. Please stay away from this lawyer and save lots of agonizing years of your life.

Save yourself the time and aggravation and do not use this guy. He only cares about MONEY. He will drag your matter out as long as possible to make you pay. He never explains what he does to earn your money--and what you pay him is never enough. As another reviewer pointed out he is lazy and clearly should retire.

I have known Richard in a legal capacity for over 30 years. Eventhough he was not my lawyer but that of my daughter's father, I found him to be kind and compassionate and willing to go out of his way for what he believes is right.

I have to say that I am glad that my ex-husband hired him as his lawyer. Given my divorce case is very simple, he did not show care and pay too much attention to our questions / concerns. We asked for amendment to the separation date and based upon my lawyer's advice,I provided him sufficient evidence to prove the actual separation date. He REFUSED to change it even my ex-husband agreed to change it (WTF!!!). Our divorce application dated 10/27/2011 and As of today, January 27, 2012, we are still waiting for his response on the separation date of the divorce application. He completely disappeared. We have tried very hard to contact him. I guess my divorce will never end. He is expensive too, he charged $2,000 for his crapy service while my laywer charged $700. I guess if you want someone to fight for you in court with your nasty ex-spouse and prepare for $$$$ to settle your divorce case, hire him. I also suggest if you hate your ex-spouse so much, recommend him to your ex-spouse.

I have used Richard for a variety of cases and matters and I find he is always effective and reasonable while still being affordable. He has been in the game for a long time and his expertise and his knowledge of the system shines through. Recommend him to your friends, I have yet to be disappointed.

Richard Parker helped me to settle out of court and saved me thousands of dollars in doing so. I was gong through an ugly divorce where my soon to be Ex-wife was actually going after not only my assets but my mothers money and house as well with Richards help he prevented all that from happening...i lost my job over all the whole 3 ring circus and he knew so and kept his billing fair...i would recommend him to anyone...as he was refered to me through a friend that he did a great job for as well!
