Worst lawyer imaginable. Doesn't return calls, emails and when you do finally get her she is unprepared. She gave terrible advise instructing me not to pay child support because I was paying the mortgage, utils, car pmts etc for a home I didn't live in, that it would be credited towards any support I would owe. After 2 years of this I found out that the court doesn't care what you paid if you weren't paying direct support, the judge views you as a deadbeat and becomes punitive with you. You don't get full credit for the mortgage payments, you only get half credit. She should have told me to pay support and put the house up for sale. She is too happy to broker and bill for agreements but doesn't tell you that it can be overruled by a judge. And finally, after the damage is already done, if you call her out for her terrible service, advice and behaviour, she'll drop you as a client 5 days before your court date for maximum damage. DO NOT USE HER! Malpractice suit pending.

She overpromised, under delivered, clauses in the Final Order are not air tight. She did not challenge the opposing Lawyer or stand up for me and my children. Her words, just take the deal. I will be back in court in less than a year. DO NOT hire her unless the divorce is amicable. Cost me nothing but money.

Unbelievable unprofessional she uses no tact to communicate with clients, arrogate and to certain extent ignorant After listen to my explanation about my situation she had the guts to say to my face that whatever i would get from my settlement/separation I would be better off them if I had stay in my native country...I was shocked to hear that frm a professional but I guess anti-racial profiling, prejudice and respect for others aren't topics learned in law School. After she said that I got up pd my fee and left office.By the way I'm originally fr S. America been in Canada for over 25yrs and yes married to Canadian men everything we have was acquired together indeed with financial help of my family. Yes, Ms. Hoover for your information ppl from undeveloped countries are also educated and wealthy. You need to get out of your cubicle and inform yourself .I would not recommend this law office to my worst enemy .

She listened to all my concerns, made suggestions to help things go smoother and to help make sure my interests were taken care of, and offered various options for how to proceed. My divorce was efficient and easy working with her.

Very poor communicator. Does not return phone calls. Seemed very uninterested in my concerns regarding how my case was proceeding. Very disapointed. Would not recommend.

did not return phone calls for 2 week and agreed to items the other party suggested that I did not want. I do not believe that she had my best intest at heart. Very very disapointed,and have really nothing good to say about her.
