I hired this attorney in a limited scope capacity and after failed promises of completing documentation and filing by court deadline were not met, I terminated the client/attorney relationship. Upon termination I requested a full refund of retainer fee. As of this date (3.5 months from initial termination), I still have not received a refund. He was contacted via email and text communication terminating relationship and request for full refund. Do not trust this attorney. Hire a more reputable attorney who will handle your case properly as I ended up having to do.
