I have worked with Michael Hwang and his firm on several real estate and real estate related transaction. Before working with Michael I had tried about 3 different lawyers in my area and was dissatisfied in each case because of either sloppy work, lack of communication etc. working with Michael's firm has been a fantastic experience. He and his staff really take the time to listen to and understand your concerns. My experience has been that they are really looking out for my best interests, for example in a Joint Venture document they helped me draw up. Michael himself is extremely generous with his time, has a broad knowledge of the law as well as much practical experience and seems more interested in helping than accumulating billable hours which is quite refreshing. As well the firm performs on time, with courtesy and efficiency. I have and do recommend Michael to a number of colleagues and friends as one of the best lawyers I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
