I have tried to work with this so called lawfirm for nearly 3 years. They never returned my calls,emails,or faxes. Only met his assistant 15 min before my hearing date,said everything was fine,even had a letter from my dr. Still got denied Im 51 years old and cant work. The denial letter I got stated i could do janitor work,which Ive never done in my life. This firm is no good .

He was great! I would no doubt use Mr. Downard again. He was on top of everything and worked hard!

Mr Downard did not respond to multiple calls faxes letters or emails, and so I fired his firm from representing me via a voicemail, email, fax and certified letter, less than 10 days after speaking to him. He refused to remove himself from my disability case even after I hired another attorney. Even after being dismissed he still made a claim against my disability payments even though he did not do one little bit of work, not even getting my medical records which I supplied to him. Mr. Downard seems to enjoy stealing fom the very same disabled individuals he claims to represent. R. Birch and L.Teters
