Highly recommend! I would've not been able to see my son again if it wasn’t for my attorney, as my ex tried to obliterate me as a mother. Not only Mr. Pacuinas cleared all false allegations despite my ex sending 4 CPS to my home and 3 police & made my 10 yr son write to court numerous letters of abuse that never happened, only so dad could keep child 100% in order not to pay child support. Mr. Pacuinas cleared supervised visits, false allegations & pur sanctions on parent which worked hard to alienate my son from me at any cost (choking, drowning,burning,sexual abuse,etc as in horror movies). Yes, you must do your diligent part providing evidence, records, witnesses, etc. Mr. Pacuinas will fight above and beyond, so you must know exactly what you want, be firm and not get carried away. Always put yourself in child’s shoes, as in my case child was so alienated I had to stop my attorney to take child away from dad, agreeing to visits only, dad was asked to stop alienation,& pay sanctions

He will lie to the court, the other attorneys and to you. He bills for work you don't want or need. He doesn't return your phone calls. You will not be happy with the mess he makes of things.

Dishonest thief. Tells clients to lie on the stand under oath. Is scared of the judges. Takes your money and then doesn't defend you and then abandons clients without finishing their case. Horrible.

This attorney handled a very difficult case for custody of my Grandson. He is the best attorney I have ever hired and does a lot of prep work to make sure he wins your case. A++++

Excellent representation and advice. I was ready to just walk away and leave everything behind. Robert provided knowledgable advice and mediated a fair and equitable split, happened to be about $90k more than the first offer! I hope I never need his services again but recommend him highly to friends and family.

Bob is a very tough lawyer, who goes out of his way to take care of his clients. I've seen him work with my family for over 5 years, and I have no complaints.

The most unethical person--lawyer or otherwise--I have encountered in my 35 years of practice and 56 years of living. Completely incompetent with respect to both substantive and procedural law. Endless supply of **** tricks on Court. Can' t tell truth to save life and regularly allows and encourages clients to make false declarations and testfy falsely under oath. M. O. is to stir pot and get client cash flowing by antagonizing opposing counsel and then leaving client screwed with no cash and legal loss. Watch out for his misuse of limited scope representation and advance signed counsel sustitution to pin bad acts on his client. Why he hasn't been disbarred yet is a true wonder. Scariest fact is that this guy was a CHP only a few years ago. Talk to former CHP colleaguesq and get their opinion should Bob try to dismiss honest critiques as sour grapes of his victims.

Search his name and you'll find that he's constantly antagonizing people. And it affects his work for his clients. Charges way too much for what he gets his clients. A loser.

This lawyer is very professional. I have used him twice in a divorce and for child custody. His presentation in front of the judge was outstanding and his court runner and legal writers are well worth what I paid. I would use him again "ANYTIME"
