He screwed me over, he had me do a 30 day inpatient treatment that I didn’t even get credit for. He lied and he got me in front of the worst just possible to get me a jail sentence. He is the worst attorney go anywhere else!

Although Lenny Stamm is a bit on the pricey side, you definitely get what you pay for. He is responsive, even on weekends, he knows his stuff and he knows the laws inside and out. He won my case in appeal in 2010 and I have to admit, my jaw hit the floor. It was like watching a tv show, except I was in the show. His resourcefulness is unprecedented. He brought in an expert from Wisconsin to question the police officers that charged me and after wondering why she asked the questions that she asked, I started to see where it was going. Within 10 minutes of her questions to the police, I was found not guilty and case dismissed. Lenny is a no nonsense guy, but if you are his client, he will stand up for you 100%. I was given Mr. Stamms contact information by a family friend who regarded him as one of the best. Boy did he live up to that expectation and more. Not only was Mr. Stamm prepared with more arguments then I could count on two hands but he was able to have all of my DUI charges completely dropped (By the smallest of loopholes, but he was quick enough to see it and exploit it). I came into this situation very confused and scared as to what the end result was going to be. But once I met Mr. Stamm I knew he was the best attorney out there. He immediately went to work the moment I got there and laid everything out very matter of fact with no BS (To some this may seem stand offish but I greatly appreciated the honesty as I knew I had screwed up and didn't need any sugar coating). I greatly appreciated all the hard work and effort Mr. Stamm provided and would definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation I was.

I have read a lot of the reviews and I think many of them hold true in different ways. The bottom line. Mr. Stamm knows the law. If you get a DUI and wreck your car and blow high or dont blow..there is only so much any lawyer can do for you. In my case the first incident (totaled my car, didnt blow) I lost my license, had to go to classes, and paid a ton of money etc.but was given PBJ. After all requirements were completed, he took me back to court and had the probation terminated.The second time,the circumstances were MUCH different (blew .06 after picking friends up late on evening) I was found not guilty on all charges, down to the stop sign run. Praise God and thanks to Mr.Stamm for knowing the law better than the states attorney. He's Expensive but worth it.

Mr. Stamm is, without a doubt, the most exceptional attorney I have ever met. My DUI case did not have much usable evidence to craft a compelling defense. Despite this, Mr. Stamm was able to negotiate a nolle prosequi for all alcohol-related charges, and prevent the suspension of my license. I am very grateful to Mr. Stamm for all of his work, and would recommend him to anyone in need of an unparalleled legal professional.

If you're looking for a lawyer to represent you in a DUI/DWI case, I have three words for you- look no further. Lenny Stamm is the one, hands down. Not only did he get the MVA part of my case dropped, which meant keeping my full driving privileges, no interlock system, and no points on my license, but he followed up in court by getting my WHOLE case, including the speeding ticket, completely dropped. It's clear when you see him in action that he is highly respected in a court room. He's down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I tried, unsuccessfully to resolve a bogus 15 year old penalty case for a vehicle registration issue issued by the MVA. Once I contacted Lenny, he had the case cancelled within a matter of weeks.

Mr. Stamm is the best lawyer hands down. I have had him represent me on two separate occasions. Both times I had pleasurable outcomes. Mr. Stamm truly cares for his clients and he is always willing to help. Just make sure you follow everything he says. I know I will never repeat this mistake a third time. But if I do Mr. Stamm will be my first and only choice.

Mr. Stamm made no effort on my case even though I paid him a fortune to take my case to trial. In fact he postponed my case until we were in front of the worst possible Montgomery county judge Vaughey.

I had Mr. Stamm represent me for a DUI in PG County and also at the MVA. Long story short, he WON both. I had very low expectations going in because of bad experiences in the past with other lawyers. Mr Stamm is hands-down the best DUI lawyer in Maryland. Do your research. Go to a Law Library and do an author search on his name and you will find he literally wrote the book on Maryland DUI law. He teaches other lawyers how to do DUI defenses. When I was in the courtroom with him other lawyers would come up to him asking for advice. His fee is more than reasonable for the value he delivers. He will get you the best outcome possible IF you follow all of his suggestions (thats what your hiring him for). Its been about a year since he represented me and I just received a letter in the mail saying the court and police records have been expunged. So this episode is completely behind me not thanks in part to Mr. Stamm. I cannot recommend him enough.

Each time I met with Lenny was like he was meeting me for the first time. He clearly had not reviewed my case file even when we were in court. I had to point out items pertinent to my case. He sat in the courtroom and did a crossword puzzle instead of reviewing information he should have already known. He worked out a plea with the officer and was about to finalize with the prosecutor without informing me of the deal. I would not recommned this attorney.
