Tried contact 3 times. One phone call to office and 2 emails. Seems to have recommended changes to a City of Toronto permit in a Toronto Star article. this change was made and now it seems we need to hire a lawyer to do what the city may have done. He won't answer....pretty bad....

Almost lost my real estate deal. He did not research in the weeks leading up and then accused the seller of doing something illegal - without me even knowing. Tried to get them to lower their price. Since the place had increased in value they responded by stating they would cancel the sale and relist. Bob then threatened them with legal action. All the time I was trying to contact him to tell him to stop and he would not take my calls. RUN away from this lawyer and this firm. Obviously so outdated with what is really happening in the market you could lose your deal.

That guy is disgusting! I worked for him for a whole summer, with the understanding that he would provide me a reference letter. Just so you know, I was a volunteer (I did not get paid a cent for working at his office). During my 3 months, I had to take abuse from his secretaries, swallow my pride because I was told that if I was to lash out, my name would be “notorious” in the legal community. When I was finally done my tenure, he refused to actually send me my reference letter by mail; he is incredibly cheap, despite the fact that I sent him notary republic clients. Also, the reference letter wasn’t even worth it; he asked me to list all I did in his office, he would basically sign it at the bottom, stating if anyone had questions, they can call his office. Felicia, his secretary, refused to provide a reference for me when I needed it, saying I only worked there for 3 months. This is not what they told me, they promised me a reference! Stay away from these scum! Pina is trash too

Felt totally ripped off. Overpaid for a simple transaction that was supposed to go smoothly. If I had only known before what an unethical character he possessed, with unscrupulous morals and ethics for a so called professional, I would never ever have used him. Too bad I had to find out the hard way. STAY AWAY!!!

Bob is amazing. Absolutely thorough to the highest of degrees. I've used Bob for a number of transactions and recommend him to everyone. He commands respect, he never fails his client and he's a kind man to boot. Simply the best.

I have used Bob for several house deals. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done, he is thorough, and doesn't miss a thing! His fees are very fair, I highly recommend him! He has a great sense of humour too!!

Yes, Bob is a bit eccentric. And yes, his office seems a bit disorganised. But, by the end of a real estate deal they get it all together very, very well. His fees are reasonable. And, there isn't a more knowledgeable real estate lawyer around. That massive experience is huge. Highly reommended.

Like many, I've learned of Bob Aaron from his work with the Toronto Star. However, upon reaching out to him to inquire about possible representation I found him to be very rude, condesending, and very abrassive. While he appeared willing to take on our case, his communication skills and behaviour is not a way to gain clients. I have no desire to have such an unprofessional and boorish individual work for me. I would NOT recommend working with Bob to anyone. Run away!

Used Bob's services twice and both experiences were very positive. Had an extremely difficult and stressful situation with a neighbour about a fence issue. Contacted numerous attorneys who were not able to assist me with this problem. Bob was the only one who solved the problem with one letter to my neighbour. The cost was reasonable and the problem solved. I was able to build the extension to the existing fence on my property without worry or stress. I also returned to Bob for another property matter. Bob was courteous, professional and thorough. He is a straight shooter who gets the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend Bob especially when you have a difficult issue with your neighbour that needs to be solved in a cost effective and prompt manner. Gabriella. My previous post must have been removed by mistake so I am reposting.

Useless. If I had a question it was not answered. Really rude attitude and degrading clerk a few years ago. 500 fee to speak to him. Unreal.

Mr Aaron helped me with 2 serious and complicate real estate matters .. I'm grateful to him always for his service and knowledge. In both cases, he handled the issues very wisely and professionally. I'm worried Free ( for my mess up) as long as Aaron around ... M. Rahim (Bobby), Toronto

Bob saved me from a purchase that would have turned into a nightmare. He also helped me buy a home and settle details when selling during a divorce. He's eccentric and his office seems hectic but his experience is invaluable.

We have contacted Mr Aaron and tried to retain his service. He asked us to sent him the information which we did. However, he disappeared while we are waiting for his answer whether he would represent us or not. He did not return our call and ignored our email. Totally unprofessional and lack of integrity. It is okay to us if he doesn't want to take our case. But for minimum courtesy, he should get back to us either way.

I have used Bob's services for both preparing wills and selling/purchasing my last 2 homes. I have had great experience with Bob and his staff. I would use Bob for future home dealings. His knowledge is very extensive in the realestate business. Always replied to emails in a timely manner. When setting up a will for Trust, he was very thorough in gathering all the nessesary info. I found his pricing to be very reasonable, have paid much more using the services of others.

We used Bob Aaron when closing on our first home. We had seen his articles in the Toronto Star newspaper. Mr. Aaron is very knowledgeable regarding real estate law, however his office is extremely disorganized and chaotic. The experience was extremely stressful and we paid a considerable amount for not great service. His office staff are wonderful however their hands are tied. I wouldn't recommend him, there are many other lawyers in the city.
