DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY FOR CHILD CUSTODY. If you obtain him as an attorney make sure you get everything in writing. He will lie to you and make deals with other parties attorney without your knowledge. He says he has kids best interest at heart which is not true. If he gets up and leaves every time you're on a zoom call and the other attorney speaks its because he's agreeing with them and will lie to you. Thankfully we found an amazing lawyer that is honest, kind, and does have my grandkids best interest at heart. Ted and his assistant Anna will both tell you different stories and ignore your calls and emails for weeks.

He is a liar and a big bull s--t artist I have come across. He makes other lawyers look bad. I lost my grandson because of him.you explain things to him and it is like it goes in one ear and out the other. The other lawyers and judge were no better. Instead of using the info I gave him he just went right along with the others. He played the part of DA. I did not stand a chance with him. I am going to start advocating that any lawyer in state of Georgia that handles a case in family court for a special needs child, especially an autistic child, has to have training with an autistic child and if not can not handle the case. I never heard of a lawyer never getting back to a client especially when he is supposed to be filing a motion for the client who he said he would file for free.

Former DA employ that would not return calls and lies to you so you will make a plea that the DA offers. Very misleading and I'm uncertain if its incompetence, lazy or both. Save your money and go with a public defender if he is your only choice.

I got a DUI over 9 months ago. He was gonna settle before court. It never happened. He never answers my calls or calls me till it Time for court if u have to choose an attorney I would recommende a public defender to him. My case is still on going. Do not use him I personally think he just takes ur money and tells u what the da offers. He does not try to bargain

I was very impressed with Ted's work ethic. I was concerned because he was young, but after talking with him, he reassured me. Ted explained everything that was going on and because of him I was reunited with my son. I will keep using him for all my legal needs. THANKS!!!
