Doesn't keep his word or return phone calls. Doesn't defend in trial, sits down and lets the prosecutors walk all over him and his client. He is a LOT of talk, little action. Full of himself. Every conversation full of football game scenarios. Charged an outrageous fee and demanded it all to be paid in the first 6 months, even though it did not go to trial for over a year and involved full payment for two separate charges from separate counties which ended up being dropped. Told client that he was terminally ill at court appearance, trial rescheduled for 2 mos later, prosecutor's request. When questioned by family members regarding his health, he never gave an answer. Did not present any of his own evidence or rebuttals when prosecution presented evidence. Pressured client to accept plea. Told family to let client know he would visit specific time and didn't, repeatedly. When confronted by family, had angry outburst/threats to drop client.
