I would agree with all the statements about this attorney. I too have been very disappointed in her lack of communication with her clients when it comes to family law and divorce/custody issues. It's so important to know where you stand with your case, and I was clueless on things. Her assistant has dropped the ball on many things and I am not happy with this firm. I had paid her a lot of money, and she did not look out for my best interest. Not happy at all.

Brenda is by far the worst attorney I have ever hired. She drug out my custody for 8 months before I fired her. She got over $5k from me and I only saw her once in court. It would take her days to return a call some times multiple calls from me. If i emailed her it could take even longer to get a response. She never informed me or updated me on anything new in my case. I would have to ask her for any bit of info. I rated her a 1 on knowledge because I truly didn't see much of it. I gave her a 1 on all the rest because they were all that horable! You do not want to hire Brenda Flanders!! Unless you can afford to just pay her bills. She has had my case for at least a year and I am still trying to get a divorce. It takes her days to reply to my phone calls and even then she normally just tells me the papers arn't ready. Do NOT give her your business!
