When we went in she sounded so promising and sure, once we paid her, no communication. We had a very indepth meeting to prepare, but she showed up for court and didnt have anything together nor did she even remember the vital details that we had discused before hand. We hired her and almost a year later she has not even filed anything and blames us for the hold up or the mistakes she made. Rude in her emails, IF she answers. She does not return phone calls.Do not hire this woman.

I choose Maria Elena after dismissed by prior lawyer due to inanition. I was married for 28 years and filed the divorce for infidelity and cruelty. Investigator got the evidence however It was a nightmare anyway to go to the process. I want to reality get divorce asap. Elena was very diligent summiting motion, requiring document for both parts, all of this needed to make my case successful. Well, I got the divorce after 3 months with her without going to hearing. I will give an advice to woman that realty want to get divorce quickly. Be prepared,safe money,know all your assets, summit all the requesting document on time, be patient, get a good investigator(even if you need to save money for a year), be comfortable with your lawyer . You need to feel that the lawyer is working for you and you are a team. BE STRONG do not succumb to manipulation of your husband that he never do it again. BELIEVE ME HE WILL DO IT . THIS IS A FACT. Finally, I will be thankful to Elena all my life. #1

Once you pay her good luck getting ahold of her. Her secretary recognizes my fiance's and my voice when we call because we have called and left so many messages, which she never returns. She started my non-contested divorce in Jan, 10. We are now in June, 10 and still nothing. Then she'll blaim you for her mistakes and send you rude emails before ignoring you for another few weeks. Her secretary has memorized my hourly pay because I have called to remind her of that so many times in order to make sure that Mrs. Navarro puts the correct child support amount in the decree. Well, when she put the wrong amount and I asked her to correct it she said that she would now take even longer to finish my divorce because I wanted changes made to a decree that she had already prepared and that I should have communicated the correct amount to her office staff. I DID!!! maybe u should call ur office staff every now and again...
