Mr Nugent is confusing and did not appear in court for my matter 2 times in a week, leaving me to speak to the matter alone both times, and without a clear understanding of what was to be done. seek someone else.

This just reflects my first meeting with Dan. He spoke with me for 20 minutes and got the outline of the case, he the gave me the advice to be silent about the case and we scheduled an appointment while he is away via VM. he seems good and came with a good reference from a good lawyer whom I trust, so I hope he's as helpful as he seems.

His knowledge is questionable at best. Displayed unprofessional time management skills at all times too. Poor choice, look elsewhere.
