My husband had a particularly difficult immigration case where he was arrested, didn't show up to the courtdate, and was deported in abstentia. We got married afterwards and we were too scared to file for his green card because we knew it was a complicated case.
However, she said it would be a long process, but possible. We were excited so we quickly sent over the $2000 deposit she asked for. She then HANDED OUR CASE OFF TO A JUNIOR LAWYER, who reviewed everything and came back telling us OUR ONLY OPTION WAS TO HAVE MY HUSBAND LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND FILE FROM HIS HOME COUNTRY, AND THAT MIGHT NOT EVEN WORK!
When I alerted them to the fact that THIS WAS NOT WHAT SHE PROMISED in our consultation, they REFUSED TO GIVE OUR DEPOSIT BACK!
Not only were we mad about the deposit, but she got our hopes up. We continued to live in fear, trusting that her legal opinon (or really that of her junior staff) was right and there was no hope. However, SHE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!

Terrible experience. I hired lawyers from this company and they appeared absolute liars and unprofessional. First of all they did not provide accurate information about my case and in general procedures which cause me a lot of problems, like they made me to fail to appear to pick up officer's decision and this caused to stop the clock ( and now I can not apply for work authorization), also they did not tell me that my case automatically would be referred to the immigration judge just because they did not want to loose money they were making from me. And when I complained they were so rude and unprofessional they started blaming me, fussing and screaming at me. Also the payment receipts they provide are very confusing and not on time. Over all I would not recommend them to anyone.
