David is the one of the best attorneys in SoCal! I had some legal troubles with a DUI and another charge and David took overt the case and told me exactly what I needed to do on my end and he would do his part. Listen to what David has to say and he will do whatever it takes... both of my charges were dismissed!!! My future is looking bright, thank you David!

Horrible law office! Horrible lack of representation. Waste of money and waste of time. I might as well of just took my chances with a public defender!!! Never thought I would ever say such a thing honestly.These are the biggest scam artists I've ever seen in my entire life!But one of their front runners has just got off of a one year suspension by the State Bar Association for 3 counts of misconduct. So now knowing this it doesn't surprise me one bit why they treat their clients the way that they do. And I've been treated so badly that I'm the next one up for taking this lady and her mistreatment of me and my case to the bar as well. You have to follow thru on these types of things if u ever want to see a change or get justice!!!

Consider hiring Mr. Chesley he is just a great man with a great amount of knowledge. I can't find another attorney who cares deeply. My wife and I were looking for an attorney to keep going back to whenever we need to and David is just the one. I definitely recommend him.

When our daughter faced the personal crisis of a DUI arrest, David and his team of experts went to work on gathering facts and building a solid defense strategy. DO NOT! Hire this firm. They will send a good "sales" person to tell you that they will fight for you. once you signed the contract to pay their fees, you will never hear from them only to collect their payment. On my first hearing the attorney was 5 hrs late. A fool that was clueless. You will be better off with a public defender because after they postpone your sentencing you will end up taking the D.A offer. Hire someone else! or you will go to jail!

If you are looking for a lawyer that truly cares about his clients David Chesley is the right lawyer. My son had been battling drug problems throughout the past few years and I have finally found a lawyer who is able to help him. A friend recommended David's services and told me how he was able to help her son out so I went for his help. Meeting David I knew right away that he was the right lawyer for the job. I am so happy I found this law firm, they fight for you to get off with the least amount of violations and also the least amount of the cost for your traffic tickets. If you are looking for a group of great attorneys then call this firm, there are many attorneys out there not worth the time but this place has done a great job with all my tickets and I have trust in them.

Just from the initial conversation I felt he would handle the case in the most trustworthy and professional manner, and that he did. Different attorney at each of your court appearances and none of them seems to know much about your case, right? That's because they don't - when you hire Chesley, he won't represent you. He wouldn't know how. Instead, he hires somebody else to appear in court. No one is really working on your defense in between the court dates. You will not be well served or defended by a skilled attorney who works on the case from start to finish. Really, you won't.

He was very helpful; his staff assist us in a very difficult case and were available anytime. I think their price were reasonable and better they provide payment plans. I consult several attorneys which charged double the money. At the end the case was solved and We are happy with the results.

If you want to get ripped off, like going to court without an attorney and don’t mind spending some time in jail, this is the Attorney that you should choose.
If you like knowing absolutely nothing about your case or if you need an attorney that will not answer any of your questions and will keep you totally in the dark, The Law Offices Of David S. Chesley should be your first choice.
Absolutely no communication unless they want more money, Money, Money, Money is the only thing they will contact you about. If you ask to speak to the attorney handling your case they can’t connect you to him or her because your attorney is not from their office. Once they get your money they sub-contract some incompetent bimbo that could care less to represent you in court. You would be 100% better off using the Public Defenders office, you may have to serve some time but you won’t be broke…
If you use this firm for anything you are a bigger fool than I because you are now pre-warned…

Never met any of the many "lawyers" in person that were assigned to my case. Only had conversations with office staff demanding more money. I demanded to speak to a lawyer about my case - got a cell # and it was clear he was just appearing to postpone my case (4 times) Was never brought up to date on my case - never saw a court documents or police report. I finally asked What Do I Do?? his answer was "ÿou can plead guilty" Complete waste of time and money dealing with this firm. Should have went with public defender.

This firm is a true rip off. Never calls back. Was late for court over 3 hours. Was over charge, way over charge. I would not recomend this firm as all they are is a referal firm and you we ended up with the same lawyer we would have got if it was court appoited.
