This attorney was assigned as GAL She ignored my concerns regarding excessive alcohol consumption by the custodial parent which created a dangerous environment for kids. Finally, a child was killed in an accident which was due to inattention by the adults. This could have been avoided if she had investigated my complaints instead of judging me due to my low socio-economic status. She worked with an alienating custodial parent to limit my time with my child even though I had proof that the child was having friends contact me to come to their activities. I ended up giving up all visits with my child except an EOW two hour dinner visit. Know what, Ms Bierly was off the case and in that four hours a month my relationship with my child actually improved more than it had in all the time Ms Bierly was GAL

Refuses to have DNA done to see if the child mine or not and I fill full hearty it's not since my ex-fiancee was still married and also had sex with 2 other men before me.
She's hiding behind the law firm partners, Domestics Relations, the Judge, the PA BAR and Centre Countys words like a coward.
She even lied to the PA BAR telling them I never asked for DNA when I did and told them she filed for me and my ex when my ex never wanted the child.
1st: If the child isn't mine she knows then the court case has to be reopened and the biological mother might be able to take her from my alleged mother and the biological mother left the child in the 1st place.
2nd: She knows that if the child isn't mine that they'll multiply multi million dollar lawsuits starting with her.
She isn't trustworthy for she'd do this to other men just to make them suffer so they have to go through hell thinking they fathered a child that they don't know if it's really there's.
Also I told her there's no way
