Me Lise Gingras very bably represented us, made our case drags for months, got a settlement that would have had to be legal to start with (she changed the mandate without telling us for a start)and in the end, we lost that settlement (too greedy for the other party and the new judge and not legal anyway) We got back to court and settle within 3 weeks with our new lawyer. The only one who got her money worth out of our case was Me Gingras: even for the money she asks for, it is too expensive- We are rating this lawyer so that nobody else goes through what we did, simply by ignorance and of lack of self-confidence.One may also want to forget about the Salon VISEZ Droit organized by the Barreau de Montréal, this is where we got her refered to us. The best way, we found out very late in our case, is to talk to people around you and asked them if they would recommend one. Me Gingras should have had the honesty to let go of our case to start with, she did not have the competence to take it.
