I think sheis just the opposite of the above posts. She handles my property management cases in a timely manner. She has negotiated on my behalf and communicates with me directly on matters that I need to be involved in. If you had these issues during the crisis in her life (her husbands injury) then maybe that is a different story. She has even represented me in small issues that just required a Lawyers letter to complete a process.

DO NOT HIRE Victoria McLain! I hired her to represent me in a parenting time issue and she did NOTHING but stand in front of the judge, I had to fend for myself. I would NOT recommend her whatsoever

Do not hire this lawyer. She took me on as a client to deal with a time critical situation in my life and told me it would take her a few days to complete. A month later I called to ask about her progress. I called not once, but FOUR TIMES. She never once returned my phone calls. Every time I called her assistant would only say 'I gave her the message' and refused to tell me if Ms. McLain was doing my work, didn't have time to do my work, was planning to do my work. I got NO information or response from either of them. Eventually, since the work I needed done WAS time critical, I had to hire another attourney. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. She is unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismissive of her clients.
