Without getting into the specifics of my case, I can't stress enough the inexperience and flakieness of this lawyer. If you value your money don't let her any where near your situation. She's snooty, careless and simply doesn't pay attention to the facts of your situation but she knows how to pay attention to length of the call as your retainer runs dry.
