Extrêmement arrogant, cet avocat sans scrupule a représenté le père de mon fils. Il a utilisé tous les stratèges pour que je flanche dont entre autres ne pas se présenter à des rdv alors que les deux parties devaient se rencontrer accompagnés. J'ai évidement due payer mon avocat pour rien... Plusieurs fois il nous a reçu avec les pieds carrément sur le bureau! 0 classe. Pratique déloyale et ne se gênera pas à s'enrichir au profit de d'autres qui n'ont pas le loisir de jouer contre lui...

This is the best unbiased review you will ever read. I overheard Mr. Pancer having a debate with another lawyer just outside the courtroom (my case was across the hall - unrelated). No matter how much wrangling and manipulation he faced from the other lawyer, he stood by his client (no clue who that was) and fought ethically like a hawk. I was sold, I wanted to switch. However, due to a conflict of interest, he wouldn't be able to represent me. This was a year ago - I am still frustrated that he couldn't be my lawyer :-).

I highly recommend Robert Pancer as a lawyer. Initially I went to him for family matters which he handled professionally and successfully. He is respected by colleagues, judges, and clients. It was a big advantage that he was highly skilled in both the court room and mediation aspects. Me Pancer demonstrated that he was dedicated as an advocate and made himself available to always come through when needed. He returned calls when on vacation and always gave the right advice. I was impressed by his knowledge in other areas of the law and continued as a client for business matters. I had the fortune to have Maitre Robert Pancer advocate for me, even when I disagreed with him. I was divorcing a man who 'played dirty', and his Lawyer had earned the same reputation. Maitre Pancer had the experience to assess exactly the most effective approach to take with this aggressive bully team. The full appreciation of Maitre Pancer was to later come forth in the Court Room. It was in this setting that I would see this man transform into a "Warrior". He was articulate, direct, and highly knowledgeable. My ex's counsel appeared very much like the buffoon he truly is. I also was impressed to see how well received he was by his colleagues and by the Judges themselves. Maitre Pancer clearly knows what he is doing. His efforts that day earned me a significant win. I researched a lot of lawyers before I engaged Me Pancer, and I read some of the reviews afterwards. My experience with Robert was very satisfying. I had a very contention divorce that lasted several years. Me Pancer tried to make it as painless as possible.Me Pancer is very knowledgeable and very very moralistic lawyer. sometimes he protects you from yourself. when emotions run high and you want to do the wrong thing,Me Pancer always makes you take the high road. It can be frustrating during those times, but it always pays off in the end. he is very well respected in the court room by the Judges and it is apparent if you ever have to go to trial. I would recommend Robert; as he takes care of you and makes you feel like family.

A lawyer with 0 ethics. Does not care f he destroys families and especially children. Is not invested in the best interest of the children nor about his clients. Will even break the law to win his case. Still perplexed how he can sleep at night or even be walk around without a conscience. For the record, he was not my attorney. He was my ex's attorney and he cetainly was very well financially compensated for it in the six figures for a span of over 15 years. If you want a lawyer that will keep you in court fighting for nonesense for years on end and will bleed you dry, hes your guy. If you are looking for an attorney that is fair and invested in teh best interest of the chilren and conflict resolution, look elsewhere: hes definitely not your guy.I believe in karma and there is a special place for Pancer and his dirty dealings. Toobad it's just not in jail where he belongs.

The only knowledge i can share of this attorney is that after after a positive consultation it took him more than two weeks to call me back, and the second time he never called back. I consider this remarkably rude. I would never recommend him. an attorney who cannot be contacted is worse than useless.

I did not use this lawyer for a family issue, so I cannot judge that aspect of his practice. Communication with him was excellent, there were no problems there, and he was relatively pleasant for the most part. Whether dishonestly or not, however, he used procedures which were inappropriate/unnecessary and very, very costly. As a result, his services were a complete waste of money.
