We are fighting now to get my fathers name cleared after she sent him to prison. 82 years old and he has been in for 11 years now. The trial was a farce, and wasnt allowed to testify on his behalf, and i watched her enter the jurry room during deliberation, now is that even allowed? I didnt think anyone could go in there. She should not be allowed to practice anything with her history of locking innocent people up. Starting with Tim Masters a friend from school she destroyed his life, and now my whole familys life, she should be in prison.

In my opinion... An innocent person who goes to court with Judge Jolene Blair presiding takes a huge risk seeking justice. If you are a crook then this is the Judge you want to have. I had a construction case, claiming faulty work, etc, with Judge Blair presiding. I feel victimized by her rulings. Facts were ignored, felons testimony from the opposition in court was deemed trustworthy even though my experts proved otherwise. Jolene Blair's fellow Judges have had several meetings in chambers with her to discuss her odd one-sided decisions. Worst thing is that these same Judges, have done nothing to rid our Justice system of Judge Blair !!! NOTHING! Jolene Blair will receive pension and benefits for the rest of her life... and we taxpayers get to pay the bill. What a sham!

Jolene Blair should not be able to hold any position at all with the 8th Judicial District in my home town of Fort Collins, Colorado. Her involvment in the Tim Masters' case is despicable and pernicious on many levels. And no apology whatsoever! None! A multitude of Ethics and moral violations, and we only know a small fraction of the corrupt thinking and behaving on the part of this lawyer. We may never know the full extent of her wrong doing.
