Involved with partners engaged in child pornography. Business Partner Attorney Sagi Schwartzberg, Attorney Michael Luther and Attorney Jonathan Zitney. Said Schwartzberg arrested twice. Fontana Police asking for the public's help with victims. It is no secret in the inland empire that Pittullo has a certain reputation and those around him speak for itself. All families beware. Even if Pittullo is semi-retired in Hawaii his name is still used to market Rancho Family Law which is Jonathon Zitney. Anyone can buy "awards" and post them on their website for marketing purposes. HELP PROTECT FAMILIES, WOMEN, CHILDREN. Do not hire these predators.

This man defines the word fraud. He is consumed with himself and is driven by pure greed. Pittullio is an obnoxious, arrogant tyrant. Pittullio always arrives late to court and is rarely prepared. Feels entitled! Will throw a tantrum, (seriously) if he doesn’t get his way. Opposing lawyers hate this man. He drags everything out to bleed as much from you as possible. Avoid this reprobate at all costs! He doesn’t give a rip about you!! He only wants your money!

Awful. Run away from the Rancho Family Law Group which is one of numerous name changes for Pittullo, Zitney, Barker...they have had to change their name due to all of the malpractice cases they have lost and continual legal trouble they are in.

This guy is a crook. He is embroiled in unethical activity and numerous malpractice lawsuits. He is on heavy medication and is not capable to be an attorney. Beware of Attorney Jonathan Zitney who is equally corrupt.

Bad Experience
I hired Tim Pittullo for my family law case. I let him go due to quality and performance issues.
I experienced the following:
1. Late to hearings and meetings
2. Not prompt in returning phone calls
3. Used vulgar language
4. Slurred speech
5. Sloppy follow-up case details
6. Missed details on OSC documents
7. Did not perform proper discovery
8. Double billed
9. Rude support staff
10. Yelled at the opposing attorney and displayed embarrassing behavior. I then distanced myself as I did not desire my case or reputation to be soiled by Tim's behavior
11. Advised me to do unethical things such as lying about my income and fudge expenses. I did not engage in his poor advice and that was the last straw.
I do not recommend this attorney or the Law Firm of P. Timothy Pittullo Esq.

Absolutely horrible. Do not sign Attorney Pittullo's retainer agreement. He over bills and is not worth the $500 an hour. He is over medicated and gets arrested for being under the influence. Read the other reviews. He did a terrible job on my case. The reviews are true I learned the hard way.

This attorney burned hours like no tomorrow. There is a sense of having money issues. Mistakes were made in several court filings. Constant lack of return phone calls and his secretary pretty much did all his work for him. He was frustrating to work with because he changed his direction constantly and was distracted. He took months to do simple discovery like he was purposely over-billling. I moved on to another attorney.

Mr. Pittullo is the ultimate advocate for his clients. There is no one out there that knows the law as he does! His team is spectacular and when you are going through a divorce it means the world to know that there are experts who are giving their all to make sure your children and you are safe and protected. Mr. Pittullo saved my home. He and his team were aggressive in their pursuit to expose the fraud perpetuated by the opposing counsel...You can not ask for more seasoned experts in family law!

The Pittullo firm was hired to help me resolve legal issues with my son's school district. The attorney was extremely generous with her time and experience. She was knowledgeable, dedicated, firm yet reasonable. She made us feel like we were family. I would hire this firm again and again for any legal matters I may have

Where do I being? First, he is hungry for money, used up my retainer by over-charging and adding layers of staff so he could pocket the money. He is very disorganized. He also does not listen to or remember the facts of my case. It was like he was "listening but not really" and already knew the answers without looking at the details of my case. I was a real client and this review is very real. Honestly, I think he has too many client or he simply doesn't really care about people and his office is just on auto-pilot trying to get as many clients and cash as they can. I didn't not receive the quality or attention and was billed over $400 an hour for work that was really poorly done. I would caution people considering hiring this attorney and really do your homework, interview other attorney's, research the internet and do not rush into a retainer with this guy or anyone on the staff.

Mr. Pittullo is one of the most experienced and passionate family law attorneys in Southern California. In my experience with him he really seems to care and have a genuine intent for the best interest of his clients. His knowledge of family law is vast and he has specialized in family for 37 years. He is also one of the most tenacious attorneys I have ever dealt with.

I had an unfortunate experience with this attorney. he is old school with little relevant current knowledge...kinda like a has-been attorney that should retire. He is mean spirited and said some rude things to me and I overheard him talking poorly to his staff which was really unprofessional and uncomfortable. I found out through a friend in the court system that he is laughed at behind his back by his peers and his reputation is far-and-wide across the state as bad and the other attorney's that work for him and considered c-level. He is expensive and it seemed like I was over charged on my bill with too much unnecessary paperwork and layers of people to rack up the hours.

Only a disgruntled ex spouse from the other side would describe Mr. Pittullo in a negative manner like a couple of these ratings. If I were a in the position again of needing a bad a** attorney, I would take that as a sign that Mr. Pittullo is a great attorney; a force to be reconded with. If you are up against a formidable ex spouse, you will want Tim on your side. I was, Tim did take care of me, and I appreciate him more than words and money can say.

More interested in covering his own a$$ then me )his client) written work is sloppy and his services are WAY overpriced. However, he is a pit bull in the actual courtroom. Expect to pay extremely high fees for what can be done for less by others. Additionally, he also fell asleep on me in a meeting.

Knowledge is good; documents prepared by his office (i was his client) had me assigned to the wrong courtroom several times; communication is extremely poor: his office had me writing a check to a vocational consultant who wasn't even approved by the court in that case; he is extremely expensive, his wife, Cissy Barker, and other office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. he also slept alot (YES, he was sleeping) during court on more than one occasion and took private phone calls from his children during consultations and charged me for the time.
