My father passed away in April 2008 and his estate has seviced by Attorney Ms. Loo who continually makes excuses for dragging the process on and driving up the cost. It is now May 2010 and the estate has not been closed, there are no assets remaining and a balance of 20,000 remains in the trust account for on-going, unnecessary attorney fees. There has been a lack of consideration to the beneficiaries of the estate, and she is very unprofessional and rude in her dealings.
