Kim needs to not talk about personal business during a phone call in which the customer is being charged as she did to me resulting in at least $1000 extra to hear about her brother’s allergies and other personal information from her past that was a relevant to the conversation. she understood I had $10,000 total to spend on case I had already invested too much inand I wanted to represent my self with assistance. She proceeded to eat up 9000 of that within the first week just reading up on the case. Then she suggested my daughter with three young children finance the house and gift me 50,000 so she could continue then, when I mentioned the mental state that I was in and seeing a doctor, she immediately called slam dunk and told me to check myself into the psych ward at RVH. I dropped her as a lawyer, needless to say and ended up having to forfeit my case as she had drained me to not even catch up.

My ex bankrupted me and I was self repped, met Kim for a consult and she managed to put together a parenting plan and helped with access. Thanks!

Got us a precedent setting cost award and even stayed open after 8pm so my wife could come in after work. Our estate issue was complicated and as my wife says Kim has no fear

Kim worked with me during the worst time of my life. My wife was crazy and wanted to punish me for leaving her. Her lawyer was worse and thought he was her boyfriend. She helped me with the court system, financial issues, and she reduced my bill when I was tapped out. I had her as my lawyer for almost 2 years, and she always made me feel better when I was at rock bottom

She was outstanding. I was so stressed out when I went to see her and she was calm, focused and an amazing advocate. When we got to court she handed the other side his ass:) Definitely a keeper, and very hot
