Not impressed considering how big this law firm is. Mr. Kardall may be a good lawyer but as we only worked with his aide, I can say that I wasn't impressed by either his aide or Mr. Kardall. The initial meetings were promising but shortly there after lacked anything sort of initiative, tenacity or value for what we were paying for. I should have switched at the first sign of being put on a back burner but I didn't and we are paying for it now.
