I went for closing of my house. It was great experience to deal with a professional law firm. I was so confused because it was my first house but they handled so well and it become so easiest thing for me. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family. I thanked them for there help.

I have got real estate closings done for myself and my clients in the last few months from NANDA LAW OFFICE. It has been a very interesting experience. Initially first visit at the office was a pleasant surprise. Very hospitable front desk. Got a nice cup of tea while waiting. Got into a meeting within few minutes as I went without appointment. The manager of the office educated me on the procedure and fees. My closing date was After a week and I came back met MR NANDA himself. He was to my surprise hands on inspite of a big set up and lot of customers. All steps went very smooth and transection was completed very efficiently. Moreover the keys were arranged and handed over at completion. Now the efficient service , reasonable fees,legal protection and skill won me over. Now my family and friends are all using the friendly warm and fantastic services of this good set up and skilled office. I would recommend to go and use it for best service and advise.

We have purchased and sold many properties over the years. This was the first time we used Nanda lawyers to take care of the transaction. Big mistake! I've never had so many careless mistakes made due to them not taking proper measures in ensuring the sellers of the property had paid off taxes. I understand that perhaps our small transaction was nothing to them compared to some of the work they do, however all clients and cases should be treated with the same due diligence. They do not return phone messages and have still not assisted us with the concerns we have. We are out money because of them AND to top it off their fees were almost double what we paid our lawyer in the past. We should have stuck with our previous firm and not take the advice of our realtor to switch to Nanda. Beware if you are a small time buyer or seller!!

Outstanding! Mr. Nanda and his team is incredibly professional, attentive and polite. I had a very confusing mortgage case and was really in a losing situation. I didn't know how and what to respond. Then, my friend recommended me this law firm. These guys explained everything, walked me through all options, and helped me at every step to success. A really big thank you to Nanda and associates!

Bad customer service bad everything. These guys def don't know what they are doing. Totally unprofessional and don't do anything. Charge you and arm and a leg. Got them trough a reference when I bought a house and these guys didn't even bother calling the utility companies to get my accounts set up. Which btw is their job. And then I get my services disconnected and charged fined and fees for reactivating them. Would recommended to avoid at all cost
