Refused to send monthly invoices showing what services he performed or expenses he accrued. Extremely lazy. Refused to file 2 motions we demanded that he file. Says our $2500 retainer had been all used up when we changed lawyers, but again refused to outline HOW all this money was spent. The only thing he did for us was file his Notice of Appearance & got 2 court dates continued. He would call us after midnight and babble on and on about nothing, constantly repeating himself. Would not give us a straight answer to anything. When we requested a contested omnibus hearing, he said he'd have to hire co-counsel and it would cost us an extra $1,200. He didn't inform us when he received a plea offer from the Prosecutor; we had to find out about it when in court. He had no explanation why he didn't tell us there was an offer made. He refuses to return our documents to us now that we fired him.Wonder why we retained new counsel? Don't be fooled by your 1st meeting with this foul-mouthed idiot.
