Best "Family Law Attorney" in Modesto California! He helped me prove to the Court the horrid conditions that my children were forced to live in, he also proved to the Court and the Mediators the set ups and lies that were being told behind the closed doors of the "Mediation Evaluation Process." Even though my children still struggle because of all of the abuse they were forced to endure, before Tom helped to rescue them, I am ever grateful that he was there for me and my children! He was fair and honest in his intentions and replied in a timely manner but most of all he cared enough to believe in the truth and then stood up and proved the lies being told that kept my children stuck in an abusive atmosphere. Thank you Tom!

He charges lawyers fees and then has his subordinates that are not experienced to do his work. He was completely unprepared for my hearing and looked like a complete dope, and I was embarrassed he was my attorney. He is consistently late or no show for court dates, and they over bill like crazy.

This was the first lawyer I've had and it was a horrible experience. He was unprepared and confused in mediation and in child support. I lost time with my son when I was there trying to seek more. At child support he was again completely unfamiliar with the case, and now I pay more than I should be paying. My ex's lawyer chewed him up in the court, and had other lawyers snickering at him and me. I did almost all the talking while he kept his nose in a file, which was probably another case. It was just all around a bad choice by me. I recommend not using the internet to find a lawyer, always ask around for recommendations. I was not from Modesto so I was on my own. Do Not get this lawyer, there are better and cheaper in Modesto.

Terrible lawyer. He will take your money for a retainer then pass on work to others. Lost important material, missed telling me about court dates. Has complaints at the california bar. Never talked to me after he took my money, hung up the phone when I asked him about finishing work. Total crook in my opinion and am aware that investigation by bar is ongoing as of writing of this review.
