Terrazas is a sharp lawyer, but completely unethical. He is unable to exert any client control while defending their refusal to cooperate. He allowed a case in which he represented the mother that resulted in increased custody for the father every time to languish in court for three years. He allowed his client to violate the court order, refuse to co-parent, refuse to settle, and saturate the father with borderline frivolous discoveries. His practice costs both parties a combined 200k+.

His communication with client is not good at all and Tenacity is worst. I do not recommend this lawyer. It cost me a lot of money where I felt like I was the one helping him fight my case.

Rob was my attorney during my divorce and child custody battle earlier this year. I had been referred to his office after firing my previous big law firm attorney due to lack of attention and being handed off to associates. Rob was sharp and worked hard for me. But most of all, he made time for me and cared as if I was part of his family, which is why I would recommend him to anyone.

Do not hire this lawyer! He never made himself available to talk or meet with me about my case. I didn't feel confident going into my hearings as he was unprepared. His rates were high although he allowed me to make payments. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid his firm!
