After a harrowing experience with a landlord, in which my roommates and I had exhausted every possible form of kind, respectful, open, direct communication with our landlord to resolve numerous issues (e.g. harassment, disrepair, etc.) to no avail, we finally succumbed to the decision to file a lawsuit. To be frank, filing a lawsuit sucks. No one wants to sue their landlord.
Honestly, Mark made the process unbelievably easy. The first time I called the law firm seeking guidance, I was transferred directly to Mark, who spent 25 minutes listening to my experience and offering practical insight. Mark brought clarity, ease, and hope during a time that felt like torture.
We were able to settle, something none of us co-plantiffs expected, and were very pleased with the settlement. Particularly impressive was Mark's composure throughout the process. While pursuing justice, Mark remained kind and respectful to our former landlord throughout the entire process. 10/10!
