A coworker recommend Bob to me and I am so glad he did. Bob was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was able to help us negotiate better terms based on findings during the home inspection. His fees were very reasonable and actually lower then many other attorneys I researched. I would highly recommend.

I decided to go with him based on a recommendation from my realtor. Big mistake. My realtor quoted one price and during time of closing he tacked on an extra $100 - saying the realtor has nothing to do with his pricing. He also added $45 in "messenger fees". This was the icing on the cake. Sunleaf would also selectively respond to certain emails and ignore others. At times he would not even answer the question and dance around it. I would never use him nor recommend him. Lesson learned is not to use a "recommended" attorney from your realtor as they have both parties to satisfy whereas they should be 100% devoted to their client. Bob was certainly not devoted.
