I had an appointment with Kent Scarborough today early morning. Before meeting me Kent asked me to fill in forms to be entered to computer database. Forms were asking for too much detailed personal info and did not indicate what they will be used for!, details such as # on every Gov ID i own, detailed personal info of my wife and child, relation ship etc. I provided all accident related info as well as basic ID info (name, DOB, DL etc.).
I asked Lent that i will provide rest of of info after our initial meeting. He rudely asked me to leave and find another lawyer! Very disappointing, after traveling all the way from richmond to new west for an 8:30am appointment.

His initial impression is bold and solid. After a short time little or no communication. Seemed to be impatient to settle my claim, at times I felt it was more a convince to him rather than my actual health or claim amount.

I have used Kent's services on several occassions and have been extremely satisfied. I recommended him to two other family members who have been equally satisfied.

I subbmitted a claim for work done for his client and was told I would be paid by them when the claim was settled. I heard it had settled and called to ask for my payment and was told to contact his client directly. I asked why and he would not answer. I had to call his client who presumed I had been paid. She contacted him but could not get the information she needed. I can only presume they forgot?? to pay me but would not admit it. His client finally got the information needed directly from ICBC and paid me. She said he had been very efficient and great to deal with until he got his money.
