Lazy, rude, take his time to bill. Will not help you in anything at all, He is awful, totally awful. All he wants is to drive his car and take hiw wife out. He is a total idiot.

Worst lawyer experience EVER I currently have a complaint in about him took thousands of dollars from me and I'm no further than I was before - gave me advice to actually break the law - went back on his word which was an agreement for payment I have by him in an email run don't walk from the ****

Thanks to Doug, custody of my children was in peril; even though their father is an addict. Doug did nothing to prepare for my case conferences; leading to things going backwards. He didn't return calls; often going on holidays without notice and no one to cover or answer questions. I spent thousands of dollars on his legal fees, only to end up even further behind and putting my children potentially in harm's way.

Very frustrating lawyer to have. Spent tens of thousands of dollars and nothing ever seemed to get done. Will not respond to emails or phone calls. Huge waste of money.

Waste of tens of thousands of dollars. Does not say one word in court, leaves it up to the client to negotiate with the judge. Took cash without providing a receipt.

Did not return my calls or emails, follow though on correspondence with opposing legal counsel or help me in any way in getting custody of my children or moving toward settling a separation agreement.
