Worst lawyers ever! Once they cash your check they are done with you. You never see them, just a slew of inexperienced paralegals. Calls and emails are never returned. They made numerous mistakes on our bankruptcy and we have to fix their mistakes on our own. Because of their errors, we went from having to pay 500.00 a month for three years to over $1,000.00 a month for five years in our Ch. 13. Even though we have proven, on our own, that two of the claims against us were not ours, and another five claims were already included on an old bankruptcy, the Trustee is still forcing us to pay the higher amount. Two motions to the court from other attorneys went unanswered by Haines and Krieger and they didn't show up in court on our behalf. We had to do the footwork and prove the claims were not ours and it is difficult to get anyone to listen to you when you're supposedly being represented by Haines and Krieger, at least on record.

When I decided it was time to file bankruptcy, I looked into a few different law firms here in Las Vegas. Then I asked around a little bit and heard great stuff about Haines & Krieger, so I went to see them and I’m so glad I did. I would definitely recommend Haines & Krieger to anyone considering filing for bankruptcy. They were professional and friendly.
