Mr. Klausman often had difficulty answering direct, clear questions concerning my case. Either my file was at the office/his home/somewhere where he wasn’t or he needed to go back and check the paperwork. A settlement that he told me in writing was estimated to take 10 working hours has stretched into over 6 months and is currently still not resolved! He was chronically late for meetings and would not come prepared. He insisted that there was only way his firm could be paid without being able to produce any written, legal evidence to substantiate his claims. When I took my concerns to the senior partner of his firm I was met with belligerence and profanity. I felt as though he and his partner were trying to bully and intimidate me (even threatening to sue me!) and that they had no respect for me as a client. I could not in good conscience recommend this lawyer or his firm to anyone!
