Divorce is difficult. Having Ms. Carter (now Ms. Crakes) as my lawyer made it easier. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and learn what was important to me. In the courtroom she was assertive and effective and made sure that the judge understood my point of view. I am thankful that I had her to guide me.

Vanessa Carter helped me with a divorce, including PERS division in 2008. Since then, I have returned to her several times for child support questions. Vanessa is attentive, extremely helpful, always professional and knowledgeable. I can't speak to the previous poor rating; I'm quite surprised as that was completely opposite my experience. I recommend Vanessa Carter for those seeking legal assistance with divorce, PERS division, and child support issues.

Awful lawyer. Was not interested in my wishes, disregarded information given to her. Very poor knowledge! I would of been better off doing everything myself, and I have no experience.
