Mr. Rothmel tried to charge me over $8000 3 motions. Unprofessional billing practices. Only cares about making money not his clients. He promised to lower the bill after my hearing was over. I contacted him several times he never returned my call. His staff gave me the runaround.

cease & desist order against Mr. Rothmel or his law firm regarding any further communication and harassment of my employer.

Mr Rothmel is a very quiet pit bull!! I went thru a year long ridiculous divorce , mr Rothmel's first draft of divorce was within twenty dollars of final judgement , divorce took so long because other side was to busy picking my ex's pockets , unfortunately that caused my pockets to get picked , mr Rothmel kept me very I much in the loop and forwarded e mails to me to confirm what he was dealing with, if I could share some of the back and forth I would but legally not allowed, I went into divorce process with only what was best for my children and mr Rothmel made sure that happened and refused to allow my ex's lawyer to use my children's health and welfare as bargaining chips .. Piece of advice to those who read this if going thru a divorce get if possible agree to terms with ex go to a lawyer you both agree on have him or her write it up and have a judge make it final!! Mr Rothmel did his best to make my divorce a simple one and keep cost down but both lawyers have to want it

Was disappointed with preparation and billing practices. 8 billable hours to get correctly file a warrant of satisfaction - REALLY!! I could of done that pro se.
