Rutchi is a good lawyer, after having used two other lawyers in his office for the same case, his charges were over 300 percent more than the other attorneys. He could have resolved the case in a more timely fashion, but like most lawyers saw that there was a benefit in dragging it out for financial gain.

James is a good attorney, however he is overpriced for his experience and could have resolved my case in a more efficient manner if he had communicated better with opposing counsel. Always out of the office due to a political position that he took. Had to schedule everything around his work in Boise at the Capital
