Mary Wiley is a wonderful Lawyer. She was out standing with our family matter. I would strongly give her name to any one that needs a family lawyer.

Was successful in preventing me from paying unjustified child support but made a mess out of the divorce decree specifying child support payments. I am now paying $2323 instead of court decreed $1031 due to her incompetence. She then informed me that she would have to file a motion to clarify to clear it up. I am still paying $2323 and my ex says she is keeping it. Wiley sent me to the local Social Security office to have my social security being paid to the ex for the children. They had not a clue as to what I was talking about but told me that everything was taken care of and the social security payments would be redirected through the Attorney General's office. They weren't. So the AG had no knowledge of court directed ss payments being made to the ex. My ex then opens a case with the AG stating she wants her $1031 to be paid on the first of the month. So now they are garnishing my pay, which is in addition to the $1296.1I fired Mary Wiley and am currently seeking competent council.
