SCAMMER! SCAMMER!SCAMMER!!! This guy is horrible he lies and says he can do all these things to get you permits and licenses for cannabis use and he cant. He almost got to keep my 6k of my money however I was able to dispute transaction with my bank although it took 4 months to get the money back. Stay away from this guy he makes it sound good to get you to pay him then he starts his lying patterns. He acts like he has buildings he can lease you and he doesnt have legal right to sublease spaces from owner. He uses all these big words because he use to be an attorney but was Barred to practice. He has you meet him at a office and still potrays to be attorney. His staff or wife whoever that is that acts like receptionist is aware of his scam tactics as well.

I am from Detroit trying to obtain state license for delivery in California..
James said he had property for lease and inside connections with the city of Hesperia ..
I scheduled a trip out to California.. we had a meeting scheduled to look at the property.. he never showed up he said that it is a 45 min drive and didn't have time even though we scheduled an appointment and I flew from Detroit then drove 2 1/2 hours from LAX in crazy traffic .. I asked for his secretary to text the address and contact information for his architect and city planner she was rude and said they don't text I told her I was driving and it was difficult to take notes while driving she didn't care .. very poor customer service
His property he was leasing was a 1000sqft garage .. uninsulated, no bathroom no office just a hot empty garage for $3000 per month in a long term 3 year lease .. plus he wanted me to pay to get the building up to code
when I talked with James he said the city has approved both me

very poor knowledge of the law in area he claims to know.fails to respond to phone calls. does not respond to opposing consul. makes numerous mistakes and omissions. bills for work and time not earned. fails to submit bills when requested. all told a very poor professional.

This man is very knowledgable in the area for which I consulted him. He was always very professional and respectful toward me and my daughter. In my case, I got the results I had sought and was very satisfied with his work. Thank you.

Inappropriate with female clients. At first I thought he just seemed a little odd, but then he started calling me for no reason at home just to talk. Bottom line, he stopped working on my case when I rejected his advances.

DeAguilera lied to me and attempted to retain money that he had not earned. I accused him of fraud and won my case against him in small claims court. There have been many other people that he has ripped off who have filed formal complaints against him with the BAR in San Bernardino. You would be well advised to steer clear of this shyster!
